I love this t.v show "El Rincón de los Sabores", the recipes are very mexican, but of course not the kind of mexican we see in the U.S. This chef uses common ingredients for the mexican cuisine, but with a turn of sofistication, I don't want to say that mexican food is not already delicious and sofisticated. People are very rigurous some times, they want to stick to the tradition, and I think the evolution in the use of elements make richer the culture of food inMexico.

Mexican cuisine
